Description

These Valentine’s Day Coconut-Chocolate Keto Bars are a delightful blend of flavors featuring coconut and rich cacao. Easy to make and perfect for a sweet treat on a special day, these bars offer a mouthwatering experience that satisfies cravings while staying on track.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 50 g coconut butter
  • 2 big tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 7080 g shredded coconut chips
  • 5060 g cacao mass
  • 50 g cacao butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 12 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 23 tsp coconut sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Start by adding all the ingredients for the first layer into a double boiler.
  • Gently melt and mix these ingredients until you achieve a thick coconut paste.
  • Once everything is blended into the coconut paste, pour it into a glass or ceramic tray.
  • Place the tray in the fridge to allow the mixture to solidify for a bit.
  • With the first layer prepared, you can continue working on the chocolate layer.

Notes

If you prefer a sweeter bar, adjust the coconut sugar to taste.
Make sure the double boiler is not too hot to prevent burning the ingredients.
Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for freshness.
