Scale
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3 oz. espresso
  • ¾ cup almond milk, plain, unsweetened
  • ¾ cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • cocoa powder for topping
  • 12 teaspoons mini chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend all base ingredients together until smooth in a blender.
  2. Divide the blended oats into 2 storage containers and set aside.
  3. Mix yogurt and maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Top each container of oats with the maple yogurt mixture, then add cocoa powder and mini chocolate chips for garnish.
