Description

This Pumpkin Protein Shake is a delightful blend of frozen banana and pumpkin puree, making for a creamy and healthy morning treat. Perfectly spiced with pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, it’s an easy, nutritious breakfast option that will kickstart your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 46 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, pumpkin puree, protein powder, rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg to a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the ice cubes on top.
  3. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary. Pour into a glass and serve right away.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use vanilla almond milk.
