This Strawberry Daiquiri bursts with flavor, combining fresh and frozen strawberries with coconut rum. It’s perfect for a quick get-together or a relaxing evening, making cocktails has never been easier!

- 5 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 lime , juiced
- 1 cup white coconut rum , or white rum
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
Instructions
- Prepare simple syrup by mixing equal parts of granulated sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely (approximately 10 minutes).
- Allow the simple syrup to cool completely before using.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Optionally, top with additional rum and whipped cream.
Notes
You can substitute coconut rum with regular white rum if preferred.
For a sweeter daiquiri, add more simple syrup to taste.
