Description

This Strawberries and Cream Martini showcases irresistible flavors with fresh strawberries and creamy Baileys. Perfect for gatherings or a simple treat at home, it’s quick and delightful!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh, tops removed and chopped
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ice
  • 8 oz whipped cream vodka divided
  • 4 oz baileys irish cream divided
  • strawberry puree divided
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon grenadine optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberry puree by blending strawberries and sugar in a food processor.
  • Strain the puree through a fine strainer to remove the seeds, resulting in about ½ cup of puree.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, combine half of the whipped cream vodka, Baileys Irish cream, and strawberry puree. Shake until chilled.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding up to ½ teaspoon of grenadine or simple syrup if desired.
  • Strain the cocktail into 2 martini glasses and repeat the process for a second batch.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are ripe for the best flavor.
If you prefer a sweeter drink, increase the amount of grenadine or simple syrup to taste.
Experiment with different ratios of vodka and Baileys based on your preference.
