This Spicy Pickle Margarita combines zesty tequila with dill pickle juice and jalapeños for a flavorful cocktail that’s simple to prepare and perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.
Ingredients

- 3 oz. high-quality tequila
- 3 oz. orange liquor
- 3 oz. dill pickle juice, I used Claussen kosher dill pickles
- ½ medium jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon Lawry's seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Lime wedges
- Optional – sparkling water
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, orange liquor, dill pickle juice, sliced jalapeño, and lime juice. Add ice and shake well until combined.
- On a plate, mix Lawry's seasoning and cayenne pepper. Rim the edge of your glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into the seasoning mixture.
- Fill the cocktail glass with ice, then pour the spicy margarita mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with pickle slices, jalapeño slices, and lime wedges. If you prefer a fizzy drink, add some sparkling water on top.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño slices according to your spice preference.
For a sweeter drink, consider adding a simple syrup.
Chill your glass beforehand for an extra refreshing cocktail.
