Description

S’mores Marshmallow Pops combine the classic campfire treat elements into a delightful, easy-to-make dessert. These pops are coated in smooth chocolate, rolled in crispy graham cracker crumbs, and are perfect for a fun, sweet treat at parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 regular-size marshmallows
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • 2 (1.55 ounce) hershey’s milk chocolate bars
  • ⅓ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Push one lollipop stick into the center of each marshmallow, being careful not to push it through the top.
  3. Break the Hershey’s chocolate bars into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Microwave the chocolate in 15-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the graham cracker crumbs to a small bowl.
  6. Dip one marshmallow into the melted chocolate, turning it to coat the sides.
  7. Immediately roll the chocolate-coated marshmallow in the graham cracker crumbs so the crumbs stick.
  8. Place the finished marshmallow pop on the parchment-lined plate or baking sheet.
  9. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows, dipping and coating each one before moving to the next.
  10. Refrigerate the pops for 5 to 10 minutes, just until the chocolate is firm. Remove them from the refrigerator once set.

Notes

Ensure the marshmallow is well-coated in chocolate for the best flavor.
For a fun twist, try adding different toppings such as nuts or sprinkles.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
