Description

Savor the delightful flavors of Slow Cooker Baileys Irish Cream Hot Chocolate. This easy-to-make drink combines rich chocolate, creamy Irish cream, and a hint of vanilla, perfect for gatherings or cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup baileys® irish cream
  • marshmallows or whipped cream

Instructions

  • Break up the chocolate squares and place them in the slow cooker. Add all other ingredients except the Baileys.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Once hot, stir in the Baileys Irish Cream for added flavor.
  • Set out mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows for easy serving.
  • Adjust the slow cooker to warm setting for your gathering; it can stay warm for up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Notes

This can be topped with your choice of marshmallows or whipped cream.
