Description

These Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits with Granola are a delightful mix of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola. Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If using a sweetener, combine it with the Greek yogurt in a small bowl until well mixed.
  • In a mason jar or a bowl, place half of the yogurt at the bottom.
  • Layer half of the fruit and half of the granola on top of the yogurt.
  • Add the remaining yogurt, followed by the rest of the fruit and granola.
  • Drizzle with honey, if desired, and serve immediately.

You can customize these parfaits with your choice of fruits and granola.
