- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter, then add marshmallows and lower the heat.
- Stir constantly until melted, preventing sticking.
- Remove from heat and pour in Rice Krispies, stirring quickly until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the pan and press evenly (you can butter your hands or use parchment paper to prevent sticking).
- Cool in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes and then cut into desired pieces.
- Melt white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl in the microwave or over a double boiler, adding food coloring for desired tint.
- Allow cooling slightly before transferring to a piping bag; then drizzle over the treats and add sprinkles if desired.
