Description

These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups are a delightful treat featuring light whipped cream layered with fresh strawberries and blueberries, making them ideal for celebrations or as a simple dessert option. Perfectly sweet and refreshing!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl or large bowl with a hand mixer, combine the heavy cream and icing sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form, adjusting sweetness with more icing sugar if desired.
  2. In your serving containers, layer approximately 1/3 cup of chopped strawberries followed by 1/2 cup of the whipped cream and then 1/2 cup of blueberries. Repeat this layering process for the remaining cups.
  3. For an extra touch, you can top with a dollop of whipped cream and a whole strawberry.

Notes

Make sure the cream is cold for best results when whipping.
You can adjust the sweetness of the whipped cream by adding more icing sugar based on your taste.
These cups can be prepared in advance and refrigerated until serving.
