Description

This Pumpkin Spice Eggnog stands out with its blend of delicious flavors and smooth texture. Made with simple ingredients like pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and warming spices, it’s perfect for celebrations and cozy evenings at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups milk whole, 2%, or a creamy plant-based milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin purée not pie filling
  • 6 large pasteurized eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • optional toppings: whipped cream cinnamon, or extra nutmeg
  • optional alcohol

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 45 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and frothy.
  2. Serve immediately over ice or refrigerate to chill further if desired.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.

Notes

Use fresh pumpkin purée for richer flavor.
For a vegan option, replace heavy cream with coconut milk and use a plant-based milk.
Serve chilled and consider adding a splash of rum or bourbon for an adult version.
