Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large figs, cut in half
  • 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the figs, cut off the stems, and slice them in half.
  2. Place the fig halves cut side up on a flat surface.
  3. Add about 1/2 tablespoon of gorgonzola cheese on top of each fig.
  4. Wrap each fig with a slice of prosciutto, covering the cheese fully.
  5. Transfer the wrapped figs to a serving platter and drizzle honey over each.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
Ensure your figs are ripe for the best taste and texture.
