Description

These Pizza Roll-Ups are packed with pepperoni, ham, and melted mozzarella cheese, wrapped in tender dough. They make for a quick and satisfying meal or snack, ideal for any pizza lover seeking an easy homemade treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • dipping sauce of your choice for serving
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12×10 inches, or about ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about ½ inch around the edges. Layer the pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Starting from the longer side, roll the dough up tightly and pinch the seams to seal. Cut into 12 equal pieces with a serrated knife and place them on the lined sheet pan, spaced apart.
  • Prepare the garlic butter by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Lightly brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some of the garlic butter, reserving some for later.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up. After removing from the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Be mindful not to overstuff the rolls to prevent them from collapsing during baking.
If you don’t have garlic powder, fresh minced garlic works well too.
These can be enjoyed as an appetizer or a quick meal option.
