Description

This Pink Lemonade No-Bake Pie features an irresistible combination of sweetened condensed milk and pink lemonade for a delightful dessert that’s simple to make and full of flavor. Ideal for gatherings or a refreshing treat on warm days!


Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 6 ounce can frozen pink lemonade
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounces cool whip

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to create the crust. Press the mixture into a pie plate and refrigerate to set while making the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the frozen pink lemonade and sweetened condensed milk. Stir in the lemon juice and Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon juice instead of bottled.
