Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound roma tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the tomatoes and remove the seeds from the center.
  2. Finely dice the red onion and chop the cilantro.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to mix.
