- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 8.8 oz package biscoff cookies
- 1 –2 fresh peaches
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg over medium heat.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the peaches soften and juice is released.
- In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water, then add to the peaches. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely to room temperature.
Notes
For added decoration, layer with fresh peach slices.
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
You can use frozen peaches; just thaw and drain before use.
