- 1 pound short pasta shapes (such as rotini or bow ties)
- 8 ounces mini mozzarella balls, halved
- 1 pound salami, chopped
- 1 (6-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (about 1 ½ pints)
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups Italian dressing, homemade or store-bought
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled, then drain well again.
- In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
