Description

This Pan Pizza is a delightful blend of flavors, boasting a crispy crust, gooey mozzarella, and savory pepperoni. Perfect for a quick dinner or gathering with friends, it’s simple to make and always a hit.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 12 ounce) ball pizza dough
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup pizza sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Coat a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with 1½ tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle and place it in the oiled skillet.
  3. Preheat the oven to 475℉.
  4. Allow the dough to sit in a warm area for 30 minutes.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on the dough, leaving a ¼-inch border. Add mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is crisp.

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake the pizza longer by monitoring closely.
