This Orange Creamsicle Pie is a delightful dessert featuring a creamy filling made with mandarin oranges and yogurt, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home.

- 1 graham cracker crust
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained, juice reserved
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
- 8 ounces whipped cream, plus more for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Refrigerate the gelatin mixture for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- After it's chilled, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip, then gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the pie filling into the prepared pie crust and top with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate until set, approximately 4 hours, or freeze for 2 hours for a frozen dessert.
Notes
For added flavor, try using fresh mandarin oranges instead of canned.
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less whipped cream to the filling.
This pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
