Description

This No Churn Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream is a crowd-pleasing treat that combines sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and rich brownie chunks for an irresistible dessert. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in, it’s an easy homemade recipe that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • hot fudge sauce
  • store bought bakery brownies

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until well blended and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks develop.
  3. Pour the chocolate condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and gently combine until no streaks remain.
  4. Soften the hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
  5. Layer some of the ice cream mixture in a 9 x 5 bread pan, and then dollop softened hot fudge on top. Swirl it gently with a knife.
  6. Cut the brownies into cubes and add some on top of the mixture.
  7. Continue layering the ice cream mixture and brownie cubes until all ingredients are used up.
  8. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
Serve with additional hot fudge drizzle for an extra treat.
