- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- hot fudge sauce
- store bought bakery brownies
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until well blended and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks develop.
- Pour the chocolate condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and gently combine until no streaks remain.
- Soften the hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.
- Layer some of the ice cream mixture in a 9 x 5 bread pan, and then dollop softened hot fudge on top. Swirl it gently with a knife.
- Cut the brownies into cubes and add some on top of the mixture.
- Continue layering the ice cream mixture and brownie cubes until all ingredients are used up.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
Serve with additional hot fudge drizzle for an extra treat.
