Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate wafers in a heat-safe bowl according to package instructions.
- Dip the top inch of each waffle cone into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.
- Sprinkle red and blue sugar sprinkles over the chocolate while holding the cone above a small plate.
