Description

Leprechaun Pistachio Fudge is a decadent treat combining creamy white chocolate, smooth Irish cream, and crunchy pistachios. Perfect for celebrations or a sweet snack, it’s an easy no-bake recipe that will impress anyone with its delightful flavor and simple preparation.


Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (2224 ounces)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup irish cream
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch × 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, allowing it to hang over the edges for easy removal.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the condensed milk for 1 minute.
  • Pour the warm condensed milk over the white chocolate chips in a large glass bowl and let sit for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir until melted and fully combined, microwaving for an additional 15 seconds if necessary.
  • Add the Irish cream to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Mix in 3/4 of the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared baking pan, and sprinkle the reserved pistachios on top, gently pressing them down into the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until firm, then lift the fudge out of the dish, remove the liner, and cut into 25 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
