Description

This Kale Fruit Smoothie combines the vibrant flavors of fresh kale and sweet frozen fruits. With its easy preparation, it’s perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberry, etc.)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk to a blender.
  2. Include the frozen fruit, banana, and kale.
  3. Add protein powder, greek yogurt, and chia seeds to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
