- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 6 ounces tonic water
- 2–3 slices of jalapeno
- a dash of sea salt flakes
- 3/4 to 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Begin by pouring the raw honey into a 14-ounce glass and mix it with 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water until it dissolves completely.
- Add the fresh lime juice to the honey mixture and stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice, then pour in about 6 ounces of tonic water over the ice.
- Add 2 to 3 slices of jalapeno for a spicy touch, then give the drink a gentle stir.
- Finish by adding a sprinkling of sea salt flakes on top, and garnish with a slice of lime.
Notes
Adjust jalapeno slices to taste for desired spiciness.
For a sweeter drink, add more honey to the mixture.
