- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with silicone muffin liners, greasing if necessary.
- In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients: applesauce, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients: oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine and then fold in the diced apples.
