- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail on
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice from 1 lemon, about 3 Tablespoons of juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground or cracked pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp and toss to ensure they are well coated. Allow the shrimp to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers, discarding the marinade afterward.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the grill, cooking for about 2 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for added flavor.
Notes
