Description

This Green Goddess Dressing offers a zestful flavor profile with fresh herbs and creamy texture. It’s quick to whip up and ideal for salads, dips, or marinades, making it a versatile and tasty addition to your meals.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process on high until the mixture is smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more cayenne or hot sauce according to your taste.
This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
Adjust the herbs according to your preference for a personalized flavor.
