Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, red onion)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. On a sheet pan, arrange chicken and vegetables. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over them and toss to coat well.
