Description

Eyeball Jello Shots are a fun, tasty treat perfect for any gathering. With a blend of strawberry flavor and a spooky gummy eyeball topping, these easy-to-make jello shots are guaranteed to impress your guests!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3 ounces) Strawberry Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 12 gummy eyeball candies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl with a pour spout, combine the strawberry gelatin and boiling water. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and vodka until blended.
  3. Arrange 12 (2-ounce) jello shot cups on a rimmed tray to catch any spills. Carefully pour the jello mixture into each cup, filling just to the line, leaving ⅛ inch at the top.
  4. Refrigerate the tray for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the shots are partially set. Place one gummy eyeball on top of each shot.
  5. Return the tray to the refrigerator for another 1.5 hours to overnight until fully set and firm.

Notes

Ensure the jello shots are kept refrigerated until serving.
Can be prepared a day in advance for convenience.
Feel free to substitute other flavors of jello if desired.
