Description

Enjoy a delightful treat with these Easy Blueberry Popsicles! Made with frozen blueberries, creamy vanilla yogurt, and ripe banana, this recipe offers a refreshing and wholesome flavor. Perfect for hot days, these popsicles are simple to prepare and sure to be a hit with family and friends!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Blend the blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender until smooth. If needed, add a little water, orange juice, or milk to help blend.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring to leave a 1/4-inch space at the top.
  3. Cover the molds with foil or a lid, and insert sticks into the center of each popsicle.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  5. To serve, dip the molds briefly in warm water to loosen, then gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.

Notes

For extra sweetness, consider adding honey or agave syrup to the mixture before blending.
Substitute other fruits like strawberries or peaches for different flavors.
Ensure the molds are filled properly to avoid spills in the freezer.
