Description

This Easy Chia Pudding Valentine is not only delicious but also simple to make. With almond milk, chia seeds, and customizable toppings, it’s perfect for a quick, healthy dessert or breakfast!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • toppings of choice: fresh berries or other fruit, granola, nut butter, etc

Instructions

  • In a bowl or mason jar, mix together chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using). Shake in a mason jar for easier mixing.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes, then stir or shake again to break up any clumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight until thickened. If it's not thick enough, stir in an additional tablespoon of chia seeds and chill for another 30 minutes.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using different sweeteners or flavorings based on your preferences.
Top with fresh fruit or granola to enhance the taste and texture.
Feel free to experiment with milk alternatives for a different flavor profile.
