- 1 box banana cream pudding (3.4 ounces)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 20 nilla wafers
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, ensuring some overhang for easy lifting.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and heat in 20-second intervals for about 1 minute, stirring each time until hot but not boiling.
- Whisk the banana pudding mix into the hot sweetened condensed milk until smooth and completely combined.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, add the chopped almond bark and microwave on high for approximately 3½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth, taking care not to overheat.
- Quickly mix the pudding mixture into the melted almond bark until fully blended, working swiftly as it thickens.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan using a rubber spatula.
- Place the Nilla wafers in a small bag and crush them using a rolling pin or the bottom of a mug.
- Sprinkle the crushed Nilla wafers over the fudge, gently pressing them down to adhere.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the fudge to set completely.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan, slice into squares, and enjoy!
Notes
Ensure not to overheat the almond bark to maintain smoothness.
Allow the fudge to set overnight for the best texture and flavor.
