Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 green onion (finely minced)
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or a jar with a lid, combine all ingredients except the water and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach the desired flavor.
  3. Serve with dumplings or drizzle over rice.

Notes

Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha according to your taste.
For a sweeter sauce, increase the amount of sugar slightly.
