Description

This Classic Coleslaw features a blend of shredded cabbages and carrots, coated in a creamy dressing. It’s quick to prepare and makes for a refreshing side dish at barbecues or family dinners, loved by all who enjoy homemade flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups shredded green cabbage
  • ¾ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¾ cup shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • ¾ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine green cabbage, red cabbage, shredded carrot, and green onion in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Notes
