- 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 9-inch square pan by spraying it with non-stick spray.
- In a medium saucepan, add the sliced peaches.
- Mix in water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into fourths and distribute it evenly over the peaches.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll package over the top of the cobbler.
Notes
For a twist, add a few berries into the peach mixture for enhanced flavor.
Make sure to slice the cinnamon rolls evenly to ensure even cooking.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream for a delightful dessert.
