- 1 cup mint oreo cookies, chopped
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mint chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate half of the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, followed by the remaining dry ingredients, mixing until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the chopped Mint Oreos, milk chocolate chips, and mint chips.
- Scoop out 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
Notes
Make sure the butter is softened for easier mixing.
For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of espresso powder to the batter.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
