Description

Cheese Ball Bites are an irresistible snack packed with creamy cheese and a delightful mix of textures. Perfect for gatherings, these bites are easy to prepare and sure to please any crowd with their scrumptious flavors and charming presentation.


Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce block cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese softened
  • 6 ounces finely grated sharp white cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans regular or candied pecans
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced chives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mascarpone cheese using a mixer or a large spoon until well mixed.
  • Stir in the grated cheddar cheese and add salt and pepper to taste, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into bite-sized cheese balls.
  • On two plates, spread the pecans and cranberries. On a third plate, mix the chives and parsley together.
  • Coat one-third of the cheese balls in pecans, another third in cranberries, and the remaining third in the herb mixture.
  • Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add some finely chopped jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
These cheese balls can be made a day in advance for easy entertaining.
Experiment with different herbs and toppings to customize to your taste.
