These Caramel Rice Krispie Treats are a delightful mix of sweet and gooey! Made with buttery caramels and fluffy marshmallows, they are perfect for any occasion and simple to prepare. A quick treat that everyone will love!

- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Prepare a 9 x 13 pan by spraying it with non-stick spray and setting it aside.
- Unwrap the caramels and set 10 of them aside for later use.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows until almost combined.
- Add the Rice Krispies to the mixture and gently fold in the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows until well combined.
- Evenly press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Melt the 10 reserved caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted caramels over the top of the treats.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For extra texture, you can add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the mixture before pressing it into the pan.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
