Description

This Buffalo Chicken Dip is a crowd-pleaser with its creamy texture and bold flavors. With just a few simple ingredients like chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese, it makes a perfect appetizer for parties or a tasty snack for game nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and both cheeses until thoroughly mixed.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm with chips, celery sticks, or bread.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
