Ingredients
Scale
- 2 sheets phyllo dough, slightly thawed
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, cut into 1" bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 5 sprigs rosemary
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Lightly spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set it aside.
- On a floured surface, unfold the phyllo dough sheets and gently roll them out to eliminate creases. Cut each sheet into 9 squares using a pizza cutter.
- Place each phyllo square in the greased mini muffin tins.
- Add a piece of Brie and about 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce to each square, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Put the muffin pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the pan from the oven and take out the Brie Bites while still warm. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure the phyllo dough is slightly thawed for easier handling.
For an extra touch of flavor, experiment with different toppings like honey or walnuts.
These bites are best served warm right after baking.
