Description

This Boat Dip is full of flavor and very easy to prepare. With a delightful blend of sour cream, tomatoes, and cheese, it’s perfect for parties or game nights.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 10 ounces roasted diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar-jack cheese
  • 4 ounces green chiles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, roasted diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, shredded cheese, and green chiles.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until evenly combined.
  3. Serve immediately with ruffle potato chips or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor before serving.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use hotter diced tomatoes and green chiles.
