  • 1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 tbsp blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, white sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and stir with a fork.
  2. Refrigerate this mixture while preparing the dough.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the room temperature butter and white sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated before adding the next.
  5. Stir in the vanilla and honey.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  8. Fold in the fresh blueberries and the blueberry jam until evenly distributed.
  9. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a few inches apart.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, allowing them to cool slightly before serving.
