Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl or measuring cup, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract together.

  6. Fill each muffin liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
