Description

These Blueberry Mojitos bring together fresh blueberries, mint, and lime for a vibrant flavor. Perfect for a summer gathering, these easy-to-make drinks will impress your guests with their refreshing taste and bright color.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 blueberries
  • ½ lime cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda to taste
  • 3 blueberries for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Muddle the blueberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass until the blueberries break and the lime releases juice.
  2. Pour in the white rum and simple syrup.
  3. Stir in club soda to taste, and add ice.
  4. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves, if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
Feel free to add more soda for a lighter drink.
Using crushed ice will enhance the chill and texture of the mojito.
