Description

This BBQ Chicken Marinade offers an irresistible blend of flavors, making it perfect for grilled chicken lovers. With simple prep and key ingredients like BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar, it’s ideal for a quick dinner or outdoor barbecue.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Poke the chicken all over with a fork. Place the chicken in a dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is fully covered. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Heat the grill to medium heat and brush it with oil to prevent sticking. Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight if time permits.
You can use bone-in chicken, but adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Serve with a side of grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
