These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are the perfect no-bake treat for any celebration. Rich in flavor and simple to prepare, they combine chocolates, biscuits, and a splash of Irish cream for an irresistible dessert that everyone will love.

- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin, or blend them in a food processor until they become crumbs.
- Transfer the crushed biscuits into a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys until combined.
- Use your hands to mix everything thoroughly until it forms a dough.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, take small amounts and roll them into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place them in paper cases.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
You can use any type of biscuits according to your preference.
Allow the truffles to chill well for a firmer texture before serving.
