Description

These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are the perfect no-bake treat for any celebration. Rich in flavor and simple to prepare, they combine chocolates, biscuits, and a splash of Irish cream for an irresistible dessert that everyone will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
  • 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
  • ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
  • ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles

Instructions

  • Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin, or blend them in a food processor until they become crumbs.
  • Transfer the crushed biscuits into a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys until combined.
  • Use your hands to mix everything thoroughly until it forms a dough.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, take small amounts and roll them into balls the size of glass marbles.
  • Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place them in paper cases.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

You can use any type of biscuits according to your preference.
Allow the truffles to chill well for a firmer texture before serving.
