Description

These Air Fryer Salmon Bites are bursting with flavor and offer a simple, healthy option for a quick dinner. With juicy salmon and a zesty spice blend, they’re perfect for a satisfying meal or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds salmon fillets boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • Chili crisp oil (optional) for drizzling
  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional) for garnish
  • Sliced green onion (optional) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon pieces and drizzle with olive oil; toss to coat evenly.
  2. Mix cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the salmon and gently toss until well coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Remove salmon bites from the air fryer and drizzle with chili crisp oil if using.
  8. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, adjust the chili powder to your taste.
These salmon bites are great over rice or in a salad for a complete meal.
Feel free to serve them with a dipping sauce for extra flavor.
