Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon pieces and drizzle with olive oil; toss to coat evenly.
- Mix cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the salmon and gently toss until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
