- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- Chili crisp oil (optional) for drizzling
- Toasted sesame seeds (optional) for garnish
- Sliced green onion (optional) for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the salmon pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and brown sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the salmon and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is golden and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer. Drizzle with chili crisp oil, if desired.
- Serve immediately, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions, and over rice if desired.
