- 7 eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions sliced
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 340°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, whipping cream, milk, dry mustard powder, and salt & pepper until the mixture is fluffy and pale yellow.
- Evenly divide the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and sliced green onions among the cups of the molds or small bowls.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the toppings in each cup.
- Place the filled molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring after 7 to 8 minutes, until the eggs are set. They will continue to firm up once removed from the air fryer.
- Let the egg bites rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These egg bites can be customized with different vegetables or meats based on preference.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer for about 2-3 minutes to warm up.
